This workout is going to burn your abs and core while burning lots of calories to help you lose that stubborn lower belly fat fast! Losing belly fat will help your waist look slimmer and your abs more toned. You can do this workout at home or in the gym, no equipment needed. The structure for this workout:
-7 exercises (30s ON, 10s OFF)
-30s Rest in between SETS
