I am so glad I was able to purchase this belt. It is currently on sale and of course I took advantage of it. This waist trimmer is very lightweight, unlike other waist trimmer I have purchased before, this one is easy to use, easy to clean and easy to put on. It is very compact and it doesn’t hurt my stomach. I use a disinfecting wipe to clean the rubber from sweat after a workout and It works well
