My opinion on the “Corset Diet”:
Before I started corset training, I was 135 lbs. I have since lost 10 lbs from a combination of healthy diet, light exercise and corseting.
A corset is not a substitute for good diet and exercise! It is simply an aide for those like myself who binge or eat a lot at one sitting.
